Heliograph Cloud is not open to customers yet, so nobody has agreed to anything and these terms bind nobody today. They are published early because a service that produces the record of what ran on somebody else's machine should say what it may do with that record before it is asked to hold any.

The instruments are the terms of service, the acceptable use policy and the data processing agreement. They are drafted and have not been reviewed by a solicitor, and the reviewed versions replace them before anybody is asked to rely on them.
